Leadership: the Power of Storytelling
Under the motto “Leadership and Storytelling”, we accompany the executives of a German financial service provider for a year.
The focus is on a “Train-the-Trainer program” in which managers inspire each other.
- Following positive psychology, we assume that every manager has a set of valuable leadership resources; that they like to talk about themselves and their own moments of success and gladly share this knowledge as a trainer, facilitator and presenter with management colleagues.
- We therefore develop a radically subjective process of action that focuses on “the leadership personality” with all of their experiences.
- In a lab, the managers create their own training settings under the motto “My recipe for success”.
- They pass on their ideas, impulses and insights to their management colleagues. From real life, for real life.
- It comes in digital and analog formats. The participants implement special storytelling methods: individually, imaginatively and practically.
- As producers and consumers of the training courses, the participants deepen their confidence in themselves and their colleagues.
- Last but not least, they draw new courage and fresh energy for the adventures of everyday leadership.
