In order to real­ly live these val­ues, new deci­sion-mak­ing struc­tures are need­ed, with co-respon­si­bil­i­ty and own­er­ship at their core.

Socioc­ra­cy is the mod­el of a decen­tralised and col­le­gial­ly man­aged, a co-respon­si­ble and self-respon­si­ble organ­i­sa­tion. It places the wis­dom of all at the centre.

In our sem­i­nars we con­vey the atti­tude and the tools with which self-organ­i­sa­tion in the sense of socioc­ra­cy comes alive.
